Manual Osteopathy is a non-aggressive, drug-free and hands-on therapy that applies numerous techniques to improve health and blood circulation on all body parts. The Osteopathic Manual Practitioner considers the body as a whole system and at the same time helps body to heal itself.

About Me Hi, I’m Saeedeh Shahbazi—though most know me as Nora. I’m a proud mom of two and a passionate Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with over a decade of hands-on experience. Balancing motherhood and running a wellness clinic isn’t always easy, but it’s deeply rewarding.

My path to manual therapy was personal. I originally studied French Translation and worked as a language instructor. But everything changed when I developed severe back pain while caring for my toddler. Conventional treatments offered little help, so I turned to manual therapy—and found lasting relief. That experience inspired me to pursue osteopathy and help others heal naturally.

I’ve since trained in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage, earned my diploma from the National Academy of Osteopathy, and developed my own technique—Cranial Facial Osteopathy—to support clients with TMJ and headaches. I’ve also completed specialized training in infant care through Kindred Academy.

Today, I’m here to support your health journey—with a gentle, whole-body approach that not only relieves pain but helps prevent it.
